Common questions
How thick should a heavy-duty poly bag be?
It depends on the fill weight, how sharp the product is, and how the bag is handled. Rather than guess, send us the product and your current bag; we specify thickness against the application and confirm it with a sample.
Bottom seal or side seal?
Bottom-seal bags carry weight on a seal across the base and are common for heavier fills. Side-seal bags have seals on both sides and a folded bottom. We recommend one based on your product and filling method.
Can you match a bag we already buy?
Yes. Send a sample or a photo of the case label with size and thickness, and we build the specification from it.
