Quoting

What to send for a quote

Don't have all of it? Send what you know. A photo of your current packaging or its case label is often enough to start.

  1. Inside length, width and height of the carton
  2. What goes in, the fill weight, and whether it is frozen
  3. Current liner size and thickness, or a photo of the case label
  4. Preferred color and supply format (case-packed or roll)
  5. Quantity per order and delivery destination

FAQ

Common questions

What size box liner do I need?

For a gusseted liner, the face width usually matches the long side of the carton and the gusset matches the short side. Length is the carton height plus half the gusset plus the overhang or tie-off you need. Our box liner size guide walks through it, and we confirm the final size with a fit sample.

What is the difference between a box liner and a carton liner?

Nothing, in practice. North American buyers usually say box liner; Australian and New Zealand buyers usually say carton liner. Both describe a polyethylene bag made to line a corrugated carton.

Why are some meat carton liners blue?

Blue is not a color found naturally in meat or seafood, so a torn fragment of liner is easier to spot on a processing line. It is a common choice in protein plants, and we can supply clear or blue liners.

Can you supply food-contact documentation?

Tell us which documents you need, for example a US FDA food-contact statement or an EU 10/2011 declaration, and we confirm what can be supplied for your specification before quoting.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. For new sizes we recommend a fit sample in your own carton before production. Request a sample.
