When you request a quote, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, company, business email, country, and optionally phone number and website. We also receive your packaging requirements and any file you attach, such as a drawing, specification or photo.

When you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

Why we use it

We use this information only to answer your request: to review your requirement, prepare a specification and quotation, arrange samples, and follow up on that request. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Quote requests are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf. Email is handled by our email provider. These providers may store data outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to sales@packena.com.
