FAQ
Common questions
How do I size a gaylord or bin liner?
Measure the inside of the container. The liner needs to cover the base, rise up the walls and leave enough overhang to fold over the rim or tie off. Our size guide shows the calculation, and we confirm it with a fit sample.
Gusseted or flat bin liner?
A gusseted liner opens to the shape of a square container and wastes less film at the corners. A flat liner is simpler and works well for round containers such as octabins or when the liner is tied off.
Can bin liners be supplied on rolls?
Yes. Perforated rolls are often preferred on busy lines; individually folded liners suit lower volumes or larger sizes. Tell us how your team dispenses them.
Are these suitable for direct food contact?
That depends on the resin specified. Tell us the product and the documentation you need, and we confirm the material and paperwork before quoting.
